Privacy notice
Preparing your enquiry
The form asks for the learner’s name, age group, and program of interest. A contact email and short message are optional. Your answers stay in the open page while you prepare your message; the form does not save them to a website database or browser storage. Refreshing the page clears them. No payment details are requested.
Sending and using your details
Continuing to WhatsApp passes your prepared message to WhatsApp; continuing to email passes it to your email app. Copying the message places it on your clipboard so you can paste it into your chosen app. You review and send the message yourself. Tahqeeq Learn uses the details you send to discuss suitable lessons, availability, pricing, and next steps through your chosen contact method.
Location and other services
The form does not request your location, detect your timezone, or use a location tracking service. Your email service and WhatsApp handle messages under their own privacy practices. Website hosting may process ordinary connection information such as an IP address; this form does not use it to determine your location. Message retention and other operational privacy details remain subject to the review noted above.
Certificate accounts and sign-in
The certificate portal stores your account name, email address, permission level, and a password hash on the website’s server. Passwords are not stored as readable text. Signing in sets an essential session cookie that lasts up to 12 hours. Signing out revokes that session; a password or access change revokes the account’s existing sessions. Admins can manage accounts and certificates. Students can list certificates assigned to them. Account and certificate changes are recorded in an administrative activity log, and server backups may contain portal data.
Public certificate links
Each published certificate has a public link and QR code. Anyone with that link can view the learner’s name, course, completion date, and uploaded PDF without signing in. Assigning a certificate to a student account does not make its public page private. Account email addresses and passwords are not shown on that page. Admins can correct or delete certificates; deletion removes the website’s page and PDF, but cannot recall copies already downloaded or shared. Contact the team about a correction or privacy concern.
